The following conditions apply:

1.1 Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

1.2 Deliveries to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

1.3 For express shipments, the telephone number must be included.

DHL Warenpost 2-4 days
DHL Express 1-2 days
DHL 2-3 days
DPD 2-3 days

Austria:
DHL Warenpost without tracking 3-5 days
DHL Warenpost Tracked & Insured 3-5 days
DHL Express 2-3 days
DPD 3-4 days
Post AT 3-4 days

EU:

DHL Warenpost Tracked and insured 4-8 days

Switzerland:
Swiss Post 3-5 days

1.4 If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be dispatched within 4-5 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

1.5 In the case of undeliverable parcels due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer, the buyer shall bear the costs of dispatch and return. The address (name of the flat, staircase, etc.) must be given in such a way that delivery by the delivery service is possible without any problems.

1.6 If the customer has not accepted the goods as agreed (default of acceptance), the customer shall be liable for all costs arising from the default of acceptance. This includes any costs of returning the goods, costs of reshipment to the customer and any costs of storing the goods.

1.7 If the customer wishes the goods to be sent, the customer shall bear the risk of transport. The risk of loss of or damage to the goods shall therefore pass to the customer as soon as WP GmbH has handed over the goods to the carrier.

1.8 Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

1.9 The delivery time may be extended by 2 to 4 days if special offer days take place

2.0 You must bear the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.
